Client Bill of Rights

  1. You will be treated in a professional and courteous manner in all dealings with this firm.
  2. You have full disclosure regarding your taxes, books, financial situation, etc.
  3. If you desire, you will receive a cost estimate in advance of any particular project.
  4. We will happily explain in detail any questions involving your bill and/or unforeseen complexities we may have encountered.
  5. Upon request, we will provide an estimated time frame for completion of any project.
  6. If requested, we will prepare for and accompany you to an IRS (or other taxing agency) audit at our standard professional rates, or at no charge if optional audit “insurance” was purchased.
  7. You can make an appointment to see our Managing Member, Aric Schreiner, CPA, at your convenience.
  8. You can depend on the utmost confidentiality in all dealings concerning your financial information.
  9. Your phone calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours.
  10. We will do everything in our power to generate a good working relationship with your CPA firm.
